The Valeo International Academy Gap year program dates are designed for high school players that wish to pursue their footballing aspirations while staying focused on their academics.  Directly aligned with both the academic schedule that takes place in the United States and the European football schedule, this program allows athletes to take a year off before attending college without losing any of their 4-year eligibility. 

The GAP Year Program begins in September and concludes in May.  Athletes in this program will train with local senior teams and youth academies, and compete in regional and national competitions.
